1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cuvion CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Cuvion CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform. We provide contact management, sales pipeline, automation, reporting, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you store in Cuvion CRM. You can export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability as defined in our SLA. We are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
