Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cuvion CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Cuvion CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform. We provide contact management, sales pipeline, automation, reporting, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Free Plan Terms

The Cuvion Free Plan is provided "as-is" with no service-level (SLA), uptime, or perpetual availability guarantee. Cuvion reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue Free Plan features, quotas, or availability at any time, including but not limited to changes to user limits, contact limits, storage, supported integrations, or any other feature.

Where a change is materially adverse to existing Free Plan users, Cuvion will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email. During this notice period, users may export their data (per Section 6 / GDPR Art. 20) or upgrade to a paid plan to retain access.

Free Plan accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days (no login) may be archived or deleted following an additional 30-day warning email, in accordance with our data retention policy. Paid Plan accounts are not subject to this inactivity policy.

6. Data Ownership & Portability

You own your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you store in Cuvion CRM. You can export your data at any time via the in-app export feature or by contacting support — this right applies to Free and Paid plans equally (KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 15 & 20).

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability as defined in our SLA (Paid plans only). We are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Free Plan does not include any availability guarantee.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Cuvion may also discontinue the Service entirely with at least 90 days' advance notice, during which all users (Free and Paid) may export their data.

9. Changes to These Terms

Cuvion may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
